Massage Therapy
What is Massage Therapy?
Massage Therapy incorporates the use of a gentle hands-on technique to allow the body to heal and to restore its whole health through massage and stretching techniques. Through manipulation of soft tissues of the body including, muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints, we offer a plan that is right for your body. Massage therapy can help alleviate discomfort associated with everyday pain. It can also help relieve occupational stresses on our bodies, sports injuries, work related injuries, and increase flexibility to reduce future injuries etc.
Our Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) are licensed under the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. We are able to determine what plan is right for you and your body.
Visit our About page to find out who we are and our RMT qualifications.
